This hood is created by weaving ethically sourced merino wool on a cotton warp and then is hand stitched using pink wool thread. Once constructed, I screwed in spikes/ studs into the piece. The pieces are removable and can be tightened as needed.
This piece is absolutely one of one and is one of my favorite works.
Sizing
This piece fits size “large” It is made to fit loose and is able to get over most heads and fit comfortably.
The material is super soft merino wool and can sit next to skin. There is some metal inside the material though, but wasn’t an issue when wearing around. It seems loose enough that this shouldn’t be too much of an issue.
Care
Spot clean as needed and try to store with other wool items. Take nice care of it!
