One of one bucket hat consisting of colorful merino wool, viscose, and cotton woven on a rigid heddle loom.
The colors of this hat are a beautiful array of oranges, reds, greens, and purples and the colors blend together.
The fabric was created by artist, Rebecca Hesselink, by weaving merino wool and slub cotton on her rigid heddle loom and then wet felting the fabric. This process blends the fibers together and creates a unique texture. Once the fabric dries, the pieces are cut out the then are hand stitched together.
Care
Spot clean with cold water, warm iron to reshape as needed. Treat as you would other wool items. Best to store on a hat form when not wearing, but not necessary.
Size and Fit
Hat fits 22” around and is a “medium”
The hat offers some stretch and can be worn slouchy as well.
